As a trusted partner who’s programming connects youth to jobs and workforce development, we take a comprehensive, multifaceted approach to youth employment.
One For One runs various programs throughout the year that focus on meaningful employment opportunities, mentorship, and skill-building programs. Through our Keeping Grounded summer internships and ongoing long-term employment opportunities, we introduce youth to the workforce, offering application and interview training, workplace professional development, job coaching, life skills education and case management, financial literacy, job connection with competitive wages, social emotional support and counseling, and leadership opportunities.
We are proud to work with amazing community partners to connect our teens to job placement and mentors in and around the community so that they can thrive.
